Who Qualifies for Wholesale Pricing?
Wholesale pricing is available for businesses in the following industries:
- Printers
- Embroiderers
- Merchandise creators
- Uniform suppliers
- Promotional companies

How Do I Set Up an Account?
Complete the application form on our website.
An account manager will review your eligibility and get in touch within 24 hours.
What is the Minimum Spend?
Entry-level wholesale accounts require a minimum monthly spend of $1,000 AUD.
Pricing is reviewed annually and may be adjusted based on your spending and market conditions.
Can I Apply for Credit Terms?
Customers can apply for a credit account after meeting a 3-month consecutive spend of $2,000 on COD terms.
Once eligible, reach out to your account manager to start the credit application process.
Is Account Sharing Allowed?
No. Each approved wholesale account receives a unique login for exclusive company use. Sharing login details with unauthorised individuals will result in revoked pricing privileges.
Can I Resell Blank Products?
No. Wholesale pricing is strictly for the resale of decorated garments. Reselling blank products, including on platforms like Amazon or eBay, will result in revoked pricing privileges.
What Are the Restocking Fees?
A minimum restocking fee of $20 applies to all wholesale and trade orders.
For orders over $200, a 10% restocking fee applies.
Are Sample Orders Returnable?
Sample orders (under 5 items) are not eligible for returns or credit.
Any returned sample orders will be donated to charity.
Return Policy
Orders returned after 60 days will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Customers must inspect goods before embellishing or printing. Once decorated, items are non-returnable.
Enzy Global is not liable for screen-printing or reprinting costs under any circumstances.
Invoice Accuracy
Ensure your invoice matches your order before printing. If you ship orders directly to your printer, have them verify the packing slip against the order. While we strive for accuracy, picking errors can occur. Printed goods cannot be exchanged.
Return Shipping
We recommend using a tracked courier service for any returns.
